Deacon Hector Salva to retire

After 26 years of ministry, Deacon Hector Salva is retiring. Currently serving at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, he has also served at St. Patrick Cathedral and St. Mary of the Assumption Parish. (NTC/Jayme Donahue)
